V3 PVP operates a FiveM game server, this website, and a Discord community.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we keep it, and how you can
have it removed.
Data we collect
Discord user ID, username, and display name
FiveM identifiers (license, Steam, Rockstar, Discord ID) and in-game name
Gameplay data: match results, stats, rankings, crews, purchases, and progression
Server and connection logs, including IP address, used for moderation and anti-cheat
Messages and reports you send to staff
Why we use it
To run the server and its features, keep leaderboards and progression accurate,
enforce the rules, investigate cheating and abuse, and answer support requests.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Data is accessible to V3 PVP staff and to the platforms we run on (Cloudflare,
Discord, and the FiveM/Cfx.re platform). We disclose data otherwise only when
required by law.
Retention
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active. Connection and
moderation logs are kept as long as they are needed for enforcement. Ban records
may be kept permanently.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics profiling.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at
admin@v3pvp.com. Deleting your data removes
your progression and stats, and this cannot be undone. Ban records are retained
for security reasons.
Modmail privacy policy
Bot overview
Modmail is a ticketing system that lets users contact server staff through the bot
instead of messaging staff members individually or pinging them publicly in the server.
The bot stores full transcripts of modmail threads. These transcripts include:
User ID, username, nickname, and display name of the contacting or contacted user
User ID, username, nickname, and display name of any moderators participating in the thread
In addition, the bot stores:
User ID and username of users blocked from contacting the bot
User ID of author and target user of notes saved in the bot
User ID of the author of snippets saved in the bot
Data retention
Thread transcripts are stored until manually deleted
User IDs tied to notes are stored until the note is deleted
User IDs tied to snippets are stored until the snippet is deleted

By connecting to the V3 PVP FiveM server, using this website, or joining our
Discord, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must own a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and comply with the
Rockstar Games and Cfx.re (FiveM) terms of service. V3 PVP is not affiliated
with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.
Rules of conduct
No cheating, modding, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing of other players or staff
No advertising other servers, scamming, or real-money trading of in-game items
No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our services
Follow the in-game and Discord rules announced by staff
Accounts and enforcement
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Staff may issue
warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans at their discretion, with or
without prior notice. Ban evasion is itself a bannable offence.
In-game items and purchases
In-game items, currency, ranks, and progression have no real-world value and
remain our property. Donations and store purchases support server costs and are
non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases do not exempt you from
the rules, and banned accounts are not refunded. Item availability, prices, and
game balance may change at any time.
Availability
The server and website are provided "as is", without warranty. We do not
guarantee uptime and may modify, suspend, or shut down any service, feature, or
data at any time, including wipes of progression where announced.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, V3 PVP and its staff are not liable for any loss
of in-game items, progression, data, or any indirect damages arising from use of
our services.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the content you post in-game or on our Discord, but grant
us permission to store, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the
community.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
